This 535 sq meter private residence for YUASStroy, Moscow, was completed in 2011. KAD design was appointed to design a single structure / private residence for three families. Each family has it’s own entrance however all families share the facilities on the site. KAD design’s scope of work extended to the Working Documentation and site development.
